A values-driven consultant and healthcare practitioner with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, aged care, community services, and government sectors, Maria is known for her ability to balance clear strategic thinking with emotional insight, guiding organisations and individuals through complex challenges with compassion, data-driven clarity, and a deep commitment to impact.

As a practising naturopath with a scientific background and member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), Maria also works as a Positive Health and Ageing Advisor — helping seniors take back control of their health and wellbeing, and create a vibrant, empowered ageing experience through education, natural health guidance, and genuine support.

She has led high-performing, culturally diverse teams and built trusted partnerships across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors bringing the same care and conviction to her natural health advisory work as she does to her consulting practice.  Her expertise spans marketing and sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, service innovation, and holistic health education — united by a belief that good systems, like good health, are built on inclusion, trust, and long-term thinking.
