As the founder of OrangeStone Consultancy, she brings a commercially astute, purpose-led approach to strategic growth, operational excellence, and meaningful community engagement.

  • ​Maria is known for her ability to balance clear strategic thinking with emotional insight, guiding organisations through complex challenges with compassion, data-driven clarity, and a deep commitment to impact. She has led high-performing, culturally diverse teams and built trusted partnerships across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
